Shipping costs are FREE ONLY in ITALY .
We are footwear manufacturers; this involves a production period for the ordered footwear. Therefore, from the moment your order is received, it will be processed and shipped within 7 business days.
NB During promotional and/or sales periods, shipping costs may be subject to change.
All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with CALZATURIFICIO FRATELLI PEZZELLA and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests a return to sender, any shipping costs charged to CALZATURIFICIO FRATELLI PEZZELLA will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.
Orders are shipped by CALZATURIFICIO FRATELLI PEZZELLA, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.
We would like to remind our new customers that CALZATURIFICIO FRATELLI PEZZELLA may ask PayPal to verify the transaction, including by contacting the counterparty bank, before the customer's credit card is actually charged. This verification may cause some delays in shipping your first order.
Orders for items already in stock are shipped the first working day following the day the order was placed, subject to confirmation of merchandise availability and bank verification for our new customers.
Your credit card will be charged on the day of your order.

Shipments to Italy and abroad are handled by CALZATURIFICIO FRATELLI PEZZELLA. As required by trade regulations, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of each item in euros. For sale items, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.
CALZATURIFICIO FRATELLI PEZZELLA shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance expires.
The assortment on www.metisseofficial.it reflects the exact availability of each item by size and color. The website updates in real time with all CALZATURIFICIO FRATELLI PEZZELLA warehouses. Once an order request has been received, the Orders department reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the purchased items, the validity of the credit card transaction, and verify the details of previous transactions made by the customer on www.metisseofficial.it. In the event that the ordered items are unavailable, or if for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled as requested by the customer, the Orders department will promptly notify the customer.
