If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his/her purchase , unworn items can be returned within 14 days from the date of shipment.

NB it is specified that the costs of returning goods are in any case the customer's responsibility. If the purchased item is not the right size, it will be possible to request a size change and in this case, the order will be taken in charge by our Customer Service and managed directly with the customer.

RETURN AND SIZE CHANGE CONDITIONS (Right of withdrawal for the consumer (legislative decree 206/2005))

To send one or more returns to CALZATURIFICIO FRATELLI PEZZELLA DI RAFFAELA PIROZZI & CSAS , the Customer is required to comply with specific conditions:

- All items for sale on the website www.metisseofficial.it are delivered to the Customer with an original authenticity tag attached to the item. The item must be tried on without removing the tag. Returns will only be accepted with intact tags. Returns with cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered tags will not be accepted under any circumstances. /wp:list-item
- Items to be returned must not have been worn , ironed , washed or treated in any way. /wp:list-item
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be packaged and wrapped appropriately. /wp:list-item
- All other labels on the garment, whether fabric or hanging, must be intact and under no circumstances removed from the item. /wp:list-item
- The goods to be returned must be physically delivered and only to the Express Courier within and no later than 14 working days from the delivery date. /wp:list-item
- The Customer who wishes to make a change of size, color or item, must forward the return procedure to info@metisseofficial.it /wp:list-item

In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, CALZATURIFICIO FRATELLI PEZZELLA DI RAFFAELA PIROZZI & CSAS reserves the right to not accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To request a return authorization , the Customer must send a request to info@metisseofficial.it within 14 days of receiving the goods. The codes of the items to be returned must be specified in the email. Once the return request has been received, Metisse Official customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow. The shipping cost will be paid by the Customer.

Shipping is at the Customer's risk, CALZATURIFICIO FRATELLI PEZZELLA DI RAFFAELA PIROZZI & CSAS is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or with the same method and type of the same, including the appropriate form (see point C) completed.

All returned items will be inspected by the staff of CALZATURIFICIO FRATELLI PEZZELLA DI RAFFAELA PIROZZI & CSAS who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure.

Right of withdrawal for the consumer (legislative decree 206/2005)

The Right of Withdrawal consists in the possibility – granted to the consumer for contracts concluded outside of commercial premises (at home, on the street, by post, etc.) or for distance contracts (via the Internet, by telephone, etc.) – to unilaterally decide to dissolve the contractual bond with the seller WITHIN 14 DAYS of the stipulation of the same, consequently obtaining the refund of the price paid.

The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal starts:

If the goods have been delivered, the consumer is required to return them within 14 days (the postmark is valid) from the day of receipt of the goods.

The refund of the price paid (including shipping costs) must be made free of charge, as quickly as possible and in any case within 14 days from the day on which the seller became aware of the consumer's exercise of the right of withdrawal.

In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Consumer Customer, if not satisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from the Seller, may return the products themselves or waive the right to the provision of the services and obtain a refund of the price already paid in advance.

To this end, the Customer must contact the Seller within 14 days of delivery of the products or within 14 days of purchasing the services, by sending a communication via email to info@metisseofficial.it containing all the information necessary and useful for the correct processing of the return and refund procedure.

This communication must necessarily contain all of the following:

- the express will of the Customer to withdraw in whole or in part from the purchase contract; /wp:list-item
- the number and copy of the document (invoice – transport document) proving the purchase of the order for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal; /wp:list-item
