Shipping costs are FREE ONLY in ITALY.
We are shoe manufacturers; this involves a production period for the ordered shoe. For this reason, from the moment of receiving the order, it will be processed and shipped within 7 working days.
NB During promotional and/or sales periods, shipping costs may be subject to changes.
All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with CALZATURIFICIO FRATELLI PEZZELLA and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests the return to the sender, any shipping costs charged to CALZATURIFICIO FRATELLI PEZZELLA will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
Orders are shipped by CALZATURIFICIO FRATELLI PEZZELLA, from Monday to Friday, 10:00-18:00. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.
We would like to remind our new customers that CALZATURIFICIO FRATELLI PEZZELLA can ask Paypal to verify the transaction, also by contacting the counterparty bank, before the actual charge is made to the customer's credit card. This verification could cause some delay in the shipment of your first order.
Orders for items already available are shipped the first working day following the day on which the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods and bank verification for our new customers.
Your credit card will be charged on the day of your order.

In all cases CALZATURIFICIO FRATELLI PEZZELLA reserves the right to postpone shipment in the event of events with causes of force majeure.
Shipments in Italy and abroad are made through CALZATURIFICIO FRATELLI PEZZELLA. As required by the laws regulating trade, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euros. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.
CALZATURIFICIO FRATELLI PEZZELLA shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance ceases to be valid.
The assortment on www.metisseofficial.it reflects the exact availability of each item by size and color. The website is modified in real time with all the warehouses belonging to CALZATURIFICIO FRATELLI PEZZELLA. Once the order request has been received, the Orders department reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the items purchased, the validity of the credit card transaction and to verify the details of previous transactions made by the Customer on www.metisseofficial.it. In the event that the items ordered are not available, or if for some reason the order cannot be processed as requested by the Customer, the Orders office will promptly notify the Customer.
